International Logistics company is looking for Warehouse Manager.

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures efficient and safe warehouse activities while maintaining high levels of accuracy, productivity, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

•    Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
•    Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations (receiving, picking, packing, and shipping).
•    Implement and monitor warehouse KPIs (accuracy, productivity, safety, on-time performance).
•    Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
•    Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards.

•    5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics management.
•    Strong leadership and people management skills.
•    Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
•    Familiarity with OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
•    Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Sales Expererience is a plus.
