We’re looking for a talented Social Media Ad Creator to elevate our digital presence and drive high-performing ad content across all major platforms.

Position Overview

The Social Media Ad Creator will develop engaging, conversion-focused digital ads that showcase our products, services, and brand personality. This role blends creativity, data-driven thinking, and strong storytelling skills to create highly effective short-form content, graphics, and video ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, script, and produce social media ads for platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and more
• Create high-impact short-form videos, product demos, and UGC-style ads tailored to each platform
• Design eye-catching graphics, animations, and promotional visuals that align with brand guidelines
• Test variations of headlines, thumbnails, calls to action, and visuals to improve performance
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and E-Commerce teams to ensure campaign goals are met
• Analyze performance data and iterate on creative to increase CTR, conversions, and ROAS
• Stay up to date on ad trends, emerging platforms, and best practices for paid social performance
• Organize digital assets and maintain a growing content library

Requirements

• Proven experience creating paid social media ads (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut)
• Graphic design ability using Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-moving environment, especially around seasonal campaigns
• Strong creative storytelling skills with a focus on clear messaging and direct response marketing
• Experience with apparel, e-commerce, or print-on-demand is a plus

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with UGC creators or filming UGC-style content
• Familiarity with A/B testing for digital ads
• Knowledge of print processes, custom apparel, or branding industries
• Basic photography or motion graphics ability

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based in Philadelphia:

4 days in-office , 1 day remote each week, working within our dynamic, high-energy Social Studio.
