Our client, an asset management firm, is looking for a Proposal Writer on a freelance basis, ASAP!
ONSITE - New York or Dallas
Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and manage high-quality responses for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs
- Partner with internal teams to source consistent, accurate information
- Maintain and improve the team’s content repository and due diligence materials
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure responses meet brand and compliance standards
- Prepare due diligence packages and supporting documents
- Streamline content and processes through tech and workflow enhancements
- Build a strong understanding of Oaktree’s investment strategies and operations
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in RFP or due diligence writing within investment management or finance
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a passion for improving content and processes
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, client-ready language
