Intro:

Do Good Work is a design-build firm specializing in high-end commercial spaces, venue renovations, and custom residential projects . We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager / Site Superintendent who can confidently oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard of craftsmanship.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can hit the ground running, manage complex schedules, and communicate at a high level with clients, subcontractors, and our in-house design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on active job sites
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
• Coordinate with design, estimating, and procurement teams
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to plans/specs
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges proactively
• Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance

Requirements (non-negotiable):

• 5–7 years experience in light commercial and/or high-end residential construction
• Proven track record managing projects $250K–$3M+
• Strong communication skills — both with trades and executives
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Comfortable with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, etc.)
• California-based with reliable transportation — must be available for Lake Arrowhead, Riverside, and greater SoCal travel

Nice-to-Have:

• Carpentry or trade background
• Experience in design-build environments
