Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 USD per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

Precondo is a forward-thinking real estate company specializing in pre-construction condos across Canada. We are passionate about delivering valuable insights, resources, and opportunities to buyers, investors, and real estate professionals.

As a Technical Writer , you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports Precondo’s products, services, and processes. This role is ideal for someone who can simplify complex information into accessible content for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, process manuals, and product descriptions.
  • Translate complex real estate and technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and marketing teams to gather information.
  • Edit, proofread, and update content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
  • Organize documentation in a logical, user-friendly structure.
  • Ensure all materials align with Precondo’s brand tone and style guidelines.

The Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a technical writer, copywriter, or similar role.
  • Strong ability to simplify and present complex information clearly.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and documentation tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and research skills.
