Select Savvy is seeking a compassionate and motivated School Social Worker to join our team for a full-time, in-person role in Country Club Hills, IL. If you're passionate about supporting students and collaborating within a dynamic school environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide empathetic support and practical strategies to help students navigate challenges
• Address school-based concerns such as bullying, behavioral issues, and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate, confidential records related to student mental and physical health
• Collaborate with families, educators, and school staff to ensure student success
• Design and implement intervention plans for students facing challenges at home
• Monitor and document student progress and emotional/behavioral developments
• Refer students and families to appropriate community and mental health resources
• Stay informed on best practices in student mental health and behavioral support
• Advise teachers on effective strategies for working with at-risk students

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Social Worker License
• Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement
