Pay Range: $33/hour - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 403(b) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality, individualized nursing care using the nursing process
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of unit leadership and preceptors
• Participate in a structured 12-month Nurse Residency Program
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Perform accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Engage patients and families as active partners in the plan of care
• Participate in unit-based education, specialty onboarding, and professional development sessions
• Support quality improvement initiatives, patient safety goals, and best practices
• Uphold nursing standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Assist in resource utilization and care coordination across the continuum of care

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Patient- and family-centered care approach
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to respond calmly and decisively during emergencies
• Basic computer proficiency (EMR, data entry, Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Commitment to evidence-based nursing practice
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active RN license (single-state or compact)
• Less than 1 year of RN experience (new graduate eligible)
• BLS certification required upon hire
• ACLS certification required within 180 days of hire
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred (Epic/3M a plus)
• Willingness to work Day or Night shifts
• Full-time availability
