🔧 About the Role:

Grinds is expanding! We’re looking for motivated and skilled Production Operators to join our fast-growing pouch manufacturing team in Westfield, Indiana. If you’ve worked in the industry of pouch-based products , you already have the experience we value—and we’d love to talk to you.

As a Production Operator, you’ll work directly on our automated manufacturing lines to produce clean, high-quality, flavor-forward pouches. This is a full-time position with room to grow into production lead, maintenance, or technical roles. You’ll also have the chance to make an impact beyond the production floor—contributing to decisions and helping shape how things get done as we scale. 🛠️ What You'll Do:

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot pouching equipment on a modern, high-speed line
• Follow safety, GMP, and quality control protocols
• Complete production records and daily checks
• Assist with changeovers, flavor adjustments, and pouch sealing
• Work with maintenance to ensure uptime and efficiency
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of operators and supervisors including hands-on product development and innovation

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• 2+ year experience operating in a food, tobacco, pouch, or CPG manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work four 10-hour shifts (3 days off per week) and lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Great communication and documentation skills

📍Location & Schedule:

• Based in Westfield, Indiana , with relocation support available for select candidates
• Full-time, 4 days per week, day and night shift options available
