Job Description

We are seeking a Production Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across sweaters, cut & sew knits, and woven categories. This role requires strong overseas production management experience, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent organizational skills to ensure on-time delivery, accurate tracking, and vendor compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Monitor overseas production (primarily China) and maintain factory/vendor relationships
• Create, update, and manage vendor POs in AIMS360 from issuance to receipt of goods
• Review customer POs (EDI/non-EDI), compare to vendor POs, and issue updates to factories
• Provide packing instructions, manage tickets/barcodes/hangtags, and ensure compliance
• Conduct QC on garments and bulk submits against development standards; track lab dips, strike-offs, and approvals
• Coordinate daily with overseas offices, Logistics, Design, and Tech teams
• Manage and resolve chargebacks, customer complaints, and vendor compliance issues
• Track and maintain production schedules, WIP reports, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met

Key Qualifications:

• 5 years of related experience in overseas apparel production, with sweaters strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of the product development cycle and vendor compliance guides
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word); AIMS360 experience preferred
• Knowledge of EDI processes and private label customer requirements a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Los Angeles and drop off approvals locally as needed
