Must-Have Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy ( DPT ) with Florida license (or compact/eligible)
• Minimum 3+ years outpatient ortho/sports experience
• Dry Needling certified (or within 90 days)
• TPI Level 1 (or within 90 days)
• Strong leadership experience or formal leadership training (e.g., lead PT, manager)
• Excellent communication skills with a concierge mindset
• Ability to build referral networks and partnerships
• Comfortable with metrics , ownership, and execution
• Schedule agility for events and travel

Preferred Experience

• Background in golf performance or personal golf experience
• Proven success in cash-based sales and package conversions

We are seeking a driven and polished Physical Therapist to launch and lead a high-end, cash-based Performance Lab in Jupiter, FL. This clinic is embedded within a private country club network and offers a rare opportunity to build something special from the ground up. You’ll begin as the full-time clinic manager and treating PT, with the potential to grow into a regional manager or haloborations role as the network scales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, relationships, and measurable results—and values performance-based equity opportunities.
