Job Description

Pediatrician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our well-established and growing team serving Titusville, FL! This position offers a flexible schedule, strong compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Since 2005, our organization has been dedicated to delivering accessible, community-focused healthcare throughout Brevard County. As the area's only federally designated health center of its kind, we provide a full scope of services—including primary care, behavioral health, dental, diagnostics, pharmacy, women’s health, and infectious disease management—regardless of a patient’s ability to pay.

Through a sliding-fee scale and extended pediatric care hours, we’re committed to ensuring that high-quality care remains within reach for those who need it most. Our team works closely with individuals and families to provide not only direct treatment but also access to specialty referrals and vital support services. We exist to serve—quietly, consistently, and without barriers.

  • Paid Time Off: 25 days of paid leave in the first year
  • CME Days: 4 additional paid days annually for continuing education
  • Continuing Education Support: $2,000 annual allowance for CE expenses

  • Retirement Plan: 401(K) with Company Match
  • Professional Expense Reimbursement: Full coverage for licensing and board certification fees
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, life insurance as well as short and long term disability coverage
