Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Onsite Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts within the manufacturing and light industrial sectors. This is a full-cycle recruiting role requiring hands-on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have staffing experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for manufacturing and industrial roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and local outreach to attract top talent.
• Coordinate and conduct onsite interviews and hiring events.
• Assist with onboarding processes including documentation, orientation scheduling, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics and hiring progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or high-volume environment.
• Experience in talent acquisition for manufacturing or industrial-related industries.
• Working knowledge of onboarding procedures and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
• Must be comfortable working onsite full-time (this is not a remote position).

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities.
