What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors to drive consistent loan volume
• Assess clients’ financial profiles to match them with the most suitable mortgage solutions
• Guide clients through the full mortgage process with clarity, professionalism, and expert advice
• Coordinate with our in-house operations and processor network to ensure smooth and timely closings
• Stay informed on market trends, new loan products, and changing lending regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
• Strong track record in sales, pipeline management, and referral generation
• Deep knowledge of FHA, VA, conventional, jumbo, and portfolio loans
• Tech-savvy with CRM and LOS proficiency
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Active NMLS license required

Compensation

Commission-Based — Your earning potential is limitless. We support your hustle and success with real tools that work.

Pay Range $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
