Domain: SPM, Product line, Manufacturing, Converting machines

Required Skills & Experience:

• Design of vacuum conveyor system, converting equipment, rotary and Web handling equipment etc.
• Design of guarding, drives, converting & packaging equipment, air system used in converting machinery
• Conventional and modern manufacturing processes, design calculations, design and detailing
• Pneumatic and hydraulic circuit design and sizing of components
• Troubleshoot high speed production lines, productivity improvement/ performance upgrade projects
• Understanding of worldwide standards including DIN, ANSI, IS, BS etc.
• Coordination with Client & remote teams
• Good written and verbal communication
• Good documentation

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design, detailing and installation/commissioning of high-speed Equipment/SPM/Production line in manufacturing industry
• Lead field verification, vendor checkout for high-speed converting production lines
• Machine troubleshooting, installation and commissioning at various client’s production sites
• Estimation and project planning for the production line design projects
• Vendor coordination
• Maintain project schedule and time reporting
• Attend regular meetings at client site
• Coordinate work packages with the offshore team, and provide guidance/technical direction and QA/QC support
• Maintain regular communications with NS sales

• Autodesk Vault
• Autodesk Inventor
• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks
• Microsoft Project Or similar
• MS Office
