2. Fluent in English and Chinese.
3. Design sketching.
4. Prototyping skills.
5. Knowledge of Materials and Manufacturing.
6. Problem-solving ability.
7. User-Centered Design understanding.
8. Strong communication.
9. Project Management.
10. Collaboration.
11. Creative thinking.
12. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and develop innovative product designs.
2. Create sketches, renderings, and 3D models to visualize design concepts.
3. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
4. Conduct research on materials, production processes, and user needs.
5. Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and ergonomic requirements.
6. Prototype and test design concepts for feasibility and usability.
7. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
8. Prepare design documentation and specifications for production.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
10. Communicate design concepts effectively within the team.
11. Responsible for coordinating patent work and preparation of related materials.
