Position Summary:

The fulfillment operator ensures the best product is sleeved, packed, and prepared for delivery on time. This position is an entry-level position with a leveling program for job advancement.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

• Prepare, sort, and apply the correct CC sleeve to the bottle.
• Inspect orders for quantity and accuracy.
• Initial and date Labeling Record.
• Maintain expected productivity levels, set at 2800 bottles in an 8-hour shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Perform all duties following written standard operating procedures and in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Understand and run bundler processes and equipment.
• Carry out all duties, expressed or otherwise, as assigned by your lead/supervisor.

Education / Certifications:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Required Knowledge:

• Good organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Experience Required:

• No experience needed.

Skills / Abilities:

• Able to complete repetitive work involving hands, wrists, and fingers.
• Able to stand for long periods, often stationary.
• Ability to communicate clearly, read and understand labeling records.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature fluctuations.
