Brentwood Finance Company is seeking a driven commercial loan originator who is eager to grow into an executive management role based in Alameda County, San Mateo County, San Francisco, Santa Clara County, Contra Costa County, or Marin County. .

About Us:

Brentwood Finance Company is a boutique, family-owned commercial finance firm based in South San Francisco. We provide brokerage services for short-term, hard money loans for commercial real estate and businesses throughout California. We operate under our California Department of Real Estate Broker License and CFL License.

What You’ll Do:

  • Originate commercial loans under Brentwood’s DRE and CFL licenses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including real estate agents, developers, attorneys, and accountants.
  • Establish correspondent lending relationships and servicing rights.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new client relationships and lending opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of trends and developments in the California commercial real estate market.
  • Represent Brentwood at networking events to expand your professional connections.
  • Assist management with business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage an active client database and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Guide clients through the full loan process—from application to closing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current California Real Estate License holder, based in Alameda County, San Mateo County, San Francisco, Santa Clara County, Contra Costa County, or Marin County.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lending or related field.
  • Proven sales success with a strong referral network and client base.
  • Demonstrate established correspondent relationships with banks and outside lenders.
  • Broad knowledge of commercial loan products, underwriting, and regulations.
  • Highly motivated, with the ambition to grow into an executive leadership role.
  • Strong communication, client service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional, confidential, and team-oriented.

Compensation & Perks:
