Warehouse Manager(Night)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
• Collaborate with management and customers to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, including approving time cards, scheduling time off, and assigning breaks
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Conduct safety investigations and draft incident reports for executive review
• Must be able to maintain and grow existing business
• Monitor operational performance, assess quality and delivery requirements, track KPI metrics, and publish monthly results
• Oversee all team operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget
• Inventory and quality control

Experience:

• BA in Business, Management , Engineering or related field
• LEAN, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering
• Food/Pharma/Chemical
• 5 plus years of Warehouse Operations Management experience
• Warehouse Distribution management experience
• Ensures compliance with all safety policies
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
