Town Supply Company, a leading provider of commercial doors, frames, and architectural hardware, is hiring a Warehouse Lead in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

OPPORTUNITY

As our Warehouse Lead, you will implement our well-defined process to direct and coordinate shipping and receiving activity in our warehouse. Oversee and perform all aspects of processing incoming and outgoing material and maintain accurate control of our inventory. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our products and materials flow smoothly from receiving to delivery. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in an active environment, enjoys teamwork, and values precision and accountability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and perform all aspects of shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization with a focus on our specific processes
• Load and unload customer and delivery vehicles efficiently and courteously
• Process incoming deliveries, ensuring all materials are received, inspected, and documented correctly
• Maintain accurate inventory by labeling, bin placement, and job-specific organization
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively
• Co0rdinate delivery of materials to job sites or customer offices, locally and nationally.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and company policies
• Coordinate preventive maintenance on material-handling equipment and assist with physical inventories
• Collaborate closely with coworkers and leadership to ensure on-time project support and customer satisfaction

SUCCESS FACTORS

• 3+ years of experience of shipping, receiving, or warehouse inventory management experience
• Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Capable of lifting to 75 pounds and performing physical tasks safely and efficiently
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean record and insurability. CDL license is helpful.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with peers, customers, and vendors
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Dependable and proactive, with a positive attitude and pride in maintaining a well-run warehouse
• Must live within a 30-minute commute to our Pottstown warehouse.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Town Supply offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $28 per hour plus an attractive benefit package. Your comprehensive benefits package includes medical, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and more. Warehouse hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
