Title: Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Location: York, PA

Shift: 4x10s Days

Weekly rate: $2,550

This contract offers a competitive weekly rate of $2,550 , based on four 10-hour day shifts , providing an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-quality surgical services department.

Key Responsibilities of the Operating Room RN:

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care across a variety of surgical procedures
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia teams during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols
• Perform surgical counts and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
• Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively as assigned
• Accurately document care in the EMR

Requirements of the Operating Room RN:

• Active PA RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative standards
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
