This contract offers a competitive weekly rate of $2,550 , based on four 10-hour day shifts , providing an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-quality surgical services department.

Key Responsibilities of the Operating Room RN:
- Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care across a variety of surgical procedures
- Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and sterile supplies
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia teams during procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols
- Perform surgical counts and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
- Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively as assigned
- Accurately document care in the EMR
Requirements of the Operating Room RN:
- Active PA RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and perioperative standards
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
