Tour Guide Responsibilities (Before Licensing)
- Welcome and register guests at resort presentations
- Guide guests through check-in and welcome areas
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure smooth guest flow
- Collect lifestyle and travel info (no sales before licensing)
- Hand off guests to Sales Executives seamlessly
Career Path
- Phase 1 – Tour Guide: Gain hospitality experience & prepare for your Arizona Real Estate License (fully reimbursed).
- Phase 2 – Sales Executive: Present vacation ownership, close deals, and earn top-tier commissions.
Who We’re Looking For

- Ready to pursue a real estate license within 90 days
- Available weekends/holidays (two consecutive days off)
- Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
