Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Territory Manager in Bakersfield, CA. The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, conducting sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong communication with clients. The role also involves analyzing market trends and data to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

* Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information

* Identify customers’ buying trends and provide reports to management

* Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Analytical skills for market analysis and data interpretation
• Experience in Business Planning and conducting Sales Operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR RDA/CDA
• Experience in the dental or medical field is a plus
• Clinical Background as a Surgical Dental Asistant is a plus
• Proven track record in sales and territory management is a plus

Education :

**A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred**

* RDA/CDA experience is an advantage **
