The Telecom Design Delivery Manager – North America will serve as the lead technical authority and delivery manager for RMSI.

Leveraging strong domain knowledge in fiber and outside plant (OSP) design,
The role ensures seamless coordination between onshore client stakeholders and RMSI’s offshore engineering delivery teams in India.
You will oversee the delivery lifecycle from planning and quality assurance through to client acceptance, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed performance, accuracy, and timeliness expectations.
This role demands both technical excellence and strong leadership to maintain operational control, manage resourcing, and uphold RMSI’s high standards of First Time Acceptance (FTA) on all deliverables.
The role will achieve agreed business targets including revenue & work allocation, by ensuring resource availability of appropriately skilled, trained and equipped staff.
Success will require strong relationships with key stakeholders delivering all requirements to an optimum quality, at approved cost, and within agreed timeframe
