HEXA Containment is growing rapidly and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent that fuels our company’s continued success. You’ll collaborate closely with managers and department leaders to understand their hiring needs, design strategic recruitment plans, and deliver exceptional candidates across all functions.

A Successful TA Specialist Will:

• Partner with Leaders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build accurate, compelling job descriptions.
• Source and Deliver Talent: Consistently identify, engage, and present a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates across all roles and critical hiring needs.
• Evaluate Talent Deeply: Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
• Own the Hiring Journey: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from first outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding — while ensuring a high-quality, efficient process.
• Leverage Recruiting Tools: Utilize job boards, sourcing platforms, social networks, and internal databases to engage top talent.
• Build a Strong Talent Bench: Maintain and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Represent HEXA in the Talent Market: Build relationships with local universities, attend job fairs and student events, and participate in industry trade shows as needed to elevate our employer brand and attract top talent.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition role, Recruiter, or agency recruiting. Experience handling high-volume pipelines or fast-paced recruiting environments.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and changing priorities with accuracy and speed.
• A solutions-driven mindset with assessing talent fit and culture alignment.
• Self-motivation with a competitive drive to exceed hiring goals.
