Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to align our TA initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. The TAC role contributes to company performance by providing an exceptional candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team with coordination of recruiting activities, including creating requisitions for posting, scheduling interviews as well as communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinate recruiting activities including with the creation of requisitions for posting, interview scheduling, candidate confirmations and communications.
• Provide support to the TA, create trackers and update activity
• Monitor US Recruitment inbox and calendar
• Projects as needed and work with HR team to onboard new hires

Job Requirements:

• 0-2+ years Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience
• Bachelor's Degree a plus
• Sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills
• Manage Outlook/MS Teams calendars with accuracy
• Excellent MS Office Skills
• Navigate Success Factors Applicant Tracking System processes
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Anticipated hourly rate for this position is $20-$30hr.
