🔍 Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled Central Sterile Technician to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sterile techniques, instrument processing, surgical procedures, and equipment.
✅ Qualifications:
• High School Diploma (HSD)
• CRCST certification (Required)
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation and sterilization protocols
🛠 Responsibilities:
• Clean, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays
• Follow strict infection control and sterile processing standards
• Support OR and procedural areas with timely equipment turnover
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory
