Our team combines technical expertise with a people-first culture, and we’re looking for a Staff Accountant to bring the same energy to our Accounting Department. This role is key to keeping our financial operations strong and supporting our rapid growth.
What You’ll Do
As our Staff Accountant , you’ll wear a few important hats. You’ll handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) , keep credit card reconciliations accurate, ensure timely vendor payments, and help clean up and maintain our AP records. You’ll be part of the team that keeps things running smoothly — and your work will directly impact both our vendors and our employees.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Full-cycle Accounts Payable : vendor setup, invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments.
• Accounts Receivable management: invoicing, posting payments, and collections follow-up.
• Credit card reconciliations with proper supporting documentation.
• Assist with AP backlog cleanup , coding corrections, and data integrity.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve vendor and internal discrepancies.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
• Identify process improvements to make AP/AR faster, cleaner, and more accurate.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of AP/AR accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Sage 100 (non-negotiable).
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and team collaboration.
