We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer - Growth to lead engineering efforts across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, and data to build systems that drive growth and shape the company's trajectory.

This is a high-impact, full-stack role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving ambiguous challenges, and wants to make a direct impact on the future of digital healthcare.

• Build and ship features across the stack to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Maintain and improve server-side event forwarding and clean event schemas.
• Strengthen identity and attribution systems across web and app.
• Collaborate with design to build high-performance landing pages and micro-tools.
• Rapidly test hypotheses through experiments and A/B testing.

• 5+ years of experience building production web software with measurable business impact.
• Full-stack fluency: backend (APIs, auth, cookies, and frontend (Framer, landing pages).
• Strong instrumentation skills: event design, tag management, server-side forwarding.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and structured data.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• Product-minded: able to turn ambiguous ideas into minimal, testable releases.
• Familiar with GTM, ad pixels, and Google Analytics.

• Mobile growth experience: deep linking, install attribution, web↔app journeys.
• Experimentation rigor: designing trustworthy A/B tests.
• Attribution literacy: experience with multi-touch attribution or MMM.
• Automation: scripting APIs to enforce taxonomy or streamline data QA.
