Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the next evolution of our brand. In this role, you’ll shape, communicate, and implement brand standards across all touchpoints—events, videos, marketing collateral, global showrooms, presentations, digital platforms, and client-facing materials.

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who can combine design expertise with brand stewardship. You’ll manage graphic design needs, oversee vendors, ensure brand consistency, and provide training to teams across our global organization. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your design skills, leadership, and vision to elevate our brand to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the brand identity, ensuring global consistency and impact.
  • Partner with departments to create and refine materials, including brochures, collateral, logos, tradeshow assets, partner materials, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Prepare design files for digital and print production, including resizing, file optimization, color management, and quality control.
  • Oversee video production to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update and enhance the website and client portals.
  • Develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts that differentiate and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • 7+ years of progressive creative experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership-level role.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping and scaling brand identity across multiple markets, channels, and platforms.
  • A portfolio that showcases not only design execution but also strategic brand thinking and leadership.
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing creative teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align creative vision to organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
