You will be the driving force behind:

• Own the entire greenfield build: CAPEX, utilities, packaging lines (glass/PET, spray), refining, bottling, and storage systems.
• Lead engineering, investment, process improvement, and new technology initiatives.

• Define project objectives, scope, timing, resources, and budget.
• Build and execute the master plan (Charter, URS, Gantt, risk, change control).
• Track timeline, quality, milestones, KPIs, and financial performance.

• Act as the main point of contact across internal teams, OEMs, EPC/CMAR/GC, contractors, suppliers, and leadership in Mexico.
• Align stakeholders and ensure seamless communication at every stage.

• Identify and mitigate risks from day one.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, FDA, food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.

• Keep all drawings, procedures, documentation, and reports up to date.
• Provide clear, strategic updates to senior leadership.

• Motivate and guide the project team, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Provide technical guidance on design, maintenance, development, and continuous improvement.

• Make fast, informed decisions.
• Resolve conflicts before they become roadblocks.

Must-haves

• 7–10+ years in plant CAPEX & start-ups (food/CPG/pharma).
• PMI/Lean toolkit; AutoCAD and MS Project proficiency.
• Utilities & process exposure (electrical, HVAC, piping, fluids).
• Regulatory familiarity: UL/ASME/NFPA/FDA; GMP/FSSC awareness.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; on-site leadership; ability to relocate to Temple, TX.

Nice to have

• TPM/SMED/DMAIC; packaging line startup (filler, capper, labeler, palletizer).
• Experience with permitting/due diligence in the U.S.
• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering.
