Job Description:
Minimum 10 yrs IT experience with 5+ yrs in role of scrum master
Coordinates and promotes participation in all Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Experience in managing Agile teams, backlog Tracking, sprint planning, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices, agile framework or methods (i.e. Scrum, Kanban etc)
Facilitates team involvement and logistical planning for all key Scrum events throughout the sprint cycle.
Know about the value of metrics & Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
