Senior Salesforce Manager

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery, governance, and optimization of the company's Salesforce platform. This role is critical to ensuring that Salesforce aligns with business strategy, drives operational efficiency, and supports company-wide digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Salesforce implementation project, ensuring milestones, budget, and timelines are met.
• Manage ongoing Salesforce program governance, including enhancements, integrations, and optimization.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of direct reports responsible for program support and administration.
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and prioritize enhancements.
• Establish best practices for Salesforce usage, adoption, data integrity, and security.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party consultants as needed.
• Create and deliver regular status updates, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor program performance, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 2 years in Salesforce-related programs.
• Proven experience implementing and managing enterprise systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications are a plus
