Selling Service Estimator – Commercial Roofing

Fort Lauderdale / West Palm Beach Region

$75K–$85K base + commission (expected earnings $100K–$120K)

Your Role:

• Serve as the key link between clients, the roof, and the service team
• Inspect roofs, identify repair opportunities, and build lasting client relationships
• Write detailed proposals using company templates and CRM tools
• Manage your own book of business from lead to close

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of roofing or service estimating experience (commercial required)
• Ability to walk roofs, climb ladders, and inspect hard-to-access areas (attics, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
