Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships by assessing customer needs and making personalized product recommendations
• Deliver a memorable shopping experience through attentive service and product expertise
• Maintain customer profiles and follow up using company-supported technology
• Inspect and clean customer jewelry and consult on repair options
• Handle customer transactions and resolve service issues in accordance with company policies
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and maintaining displays
• Support store upkeep through merchandising, cleaning, and general maintenance to ensure a safe and inviting environment

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven customer service experience and a track record of exceeding sales goals
• Professional demeanor, integrity, and attention to detail
• Experience in retail jewelry or luxury brand consultative sales is required
• Commitment to ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and industry events
