Responsibilities
- Build authentic relationships by assessing customer needs and making personalized product recommendations
- Deliver a memorable shopping experience through attentive service and product expertise
- Maintain customer profiles and follow up using company-supported technology
- Inspect and clean customer jewelry and consult on repair options
- Handle customer transactions and resolve service issues in accordance with company policies
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and maintaining displays
- Support store upkeep through merchandising, cleaning, and general maintenance to ensure a safe and inviting environment
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven customer service experience and a track record of exceeding sales goals
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and attention to detail
- Experience in retail jewelry or luxury brand consultative sales is required
- Commitment to ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and industry events
- Must pass a credit and background check
