Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
• Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care
• Coordinate care and communicate plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient assessments, care provided, changes in condition, and education
• Advocate for patients and families using patient-centered care principles
• Educate patients and families on health-related topics
• Support quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education and training
• Participate in mentorship, preceptorship, and peer feedback
• Uphold safety, confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional accountability
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (single-state or compact)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Nursing degree (ADN or Diploma required; BSN preferred)
• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize patient care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in clinical documentation
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Willingness to participate in performance improvement and shared governance
• Ability to mentor or support professional development of peers
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire): \
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
