This is a full-time, on-site role for a Refrigeration Estimator located in Clearwater, FL. The Refrigeration Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for refrigeration projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, conducting site visits, reviewing blueprints, preparing cost estimates, obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, preparing bid proposals, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients. The role also involves evaluating bid results, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
