Responsibilities:

• Answering phones on a switchboard
• Greeting visitors, coordinating lunches, mail, assisting with event planning and more
• Secure pricing, generate quotes, process purchase orders
• Track orders, data entry, filing

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of office experience
• Intermediate Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, as well as grammar and spelling
