Job Description

Our client, a leading real estate investment platform are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its legal team.

This is a newly created role designed to support continued growth across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. The attorney will independently manage transactions from start to finish, with a strong focus on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint ventures with development partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead CRE transactions end-to-end, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint ventures
• Draft and negotiate PSAs and related transactional documents
• Partner with internal stakeholders on deal structuring and execution
• Support a broad range of commercial real estate asset classes
• Manage outside counsel as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Ability to run deals independently with minimal supervision
• Strong business acumen and comfort operating in a lean environment
• Law firm or in-house background considered
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
