Job Description

We are working with a company in Hudson in search of a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about maintaining high standards of quality.

Location: Hudson , NH

Hours: 8:00am- 4:30pm: Monday - Friday

Temp-hire

Pay: $25 - $27/hr - Depending on experience

Job Summary:

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for performing Receiving, In-Process, Final, and other inspections of components and assemblies. You'll ensure compliance with customer specifications, internal standards, and industry benchmarks such as MIL-13830.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect components at various stages (incoming, in-process, finished) against drawings, specifications, and quality plans.
• Participate in product and process audits to ensure compliance.
• Accurately report inspection results and maintain logs, reports, and data entries.
• Contribute to quality planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. Person status (as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations).
• Prior experience in defense manufacturing is a huge plus.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and magnified inspection.
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling precision components.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing setting with frequent use of computers and inspection tools.
• Physical activity includes standing, walking, kneeling, and visual inspection requiring close and distance vision.
