Job Description

Salary Range: $80k-$90k/yr

At Azra AI , we’re on a mission to help healthcare teams find the patients who need help most — faster. Our AI platform surfaces incidental and actionable findings from clinical reports so care teams can act quickly and save lives.

We’re looking for a Quality & Training Manager who loves building structure in fast-moving environments. You’ll design our training programs from the ground up, create engaging learning materials, and lead quality initiatives that ensure our users are getting the most out of Azra’s platform.

If you’re equal parts builder, storyteller, and quality geek — we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Azra’s internal and external training program from scratch — think onboarding and enablement.
  • Create engaging training content: guides, videos, and tools that make complex workflows easy to understand.
  • Lead quality initiatives — including chart audits, utilization reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Define metrics and dashboards to measure how well our teams and customers are using Azra.
  • Partner across Product, Clinical, and Customer Success to keep training and quality aligned with product updates.
  • Share insights and trends with leadership, helping us continually raise the bar on quality and impact.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in training, quality, or operational program management (healthcare or SaaS a big plus).
  • Experience designing new training programs and building materials from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical mindset — you love tracking performance and using data to tell a story.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can turn complex information into clear, actionable content.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating SaaS tools, learning systems, and data dashboards.
  • Startup or scale-up experience preferred — you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • You’ll help shape the foundation of a fast-growing health tech startup.
  • Your work directly impacts how quickly patients get the care they need.
  • A team that values curiosity, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
