Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Onsite Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a 400+ APARTMENTS unit multifamily residential community in COCONUT CREEK, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resident relations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance, and overall property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations and manage on-site staff
• Ensure high occupancy levels through effective marketing and leasing strategies
• Collect rent, enforce lease terms, and manage delinquencies
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
• Maintain compliance with all Fair Housing, HUD, and local housing regulations
• Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and vendor contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably with multifamily properties
• Experience with Yardi software is a strong plus
• Bilingual English & Spanish a PLUS
• Prior experience working with HUD or affordable housing programs is highly desirable
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Compensation:
