We are hiring a Production Coordinator to join our team! This role will support the Production Managers and assist in coordinating all aspects of production to ensure our product lines meet quality, cost, and delivery standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask, and communicates effectively with internal teams and overseas factories.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Production Manager in tracking work in progress and shipment schedules.
• Support communication with overseas factories regarding production timelines, quality expectations, and any order changes.
• Coordinate factory timelines for pre-production, TOP, and shipment sample approval deadlines.
• Prepare reports and production updates for internal teams and management.
• Provide support in ordering customer specific ticketing or trims.
• Utilize ERP systems (preferably AMT) to create, update, and track purchase orders.
• Help identify production issues or delays and escalate them to the Production Manager for resolution.
• Coordinate with freight and logistics teams to ensure a smooth handoff of finished goods from factory to its final destination.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience a must
• 1-3 years experience in production support, manufacturing coordination, or related roles within the accessories, soft goods, or travel goods industry is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with ERP systems, preferably AMT, for efficient work in progress tracking and PO management.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with factories and internal teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing its features for comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
