Flyte is changing the game in private aviation. Where seamless technology meets luxury travel, Flyte operates as both a consumer-facing hub and a private jet broker behind-the-scenes.

As a Flyte Broker, you’ll be at the intersection of technology, high-touch service, and high-net-worth clientele. You’ll turn inbound interest into unforgettable trips (from New York to the Hamptons, LA to Cabo, and everywhere in between).

We offer two bespoke services that cater to all jet-flying needs – from high-net-worth frequent flyers to those looking to experience private flying for the first time. Our distinct offerings include:

Hops – Short-haul trips from key regional hubs on a world-class Vision Jet. Take a 20-minute Hops trip from New York to the Hamptons & skip the weekend traffic, with ease. 

Luxe – Classic private jet charters ranging from light to heavy jets, and everything in between. Whether it’s a family trip to Turks & Caicos or a flight from LA to Miami for work, we cater every flight to our clients’ unique needs. 

We’re looking for driven, self-starting sales professionals ready to earn top commissions in a high-ticket, luxury industry. This is a unique opportunity to build your career in the elite world of private aviation, with the backing of a modern, forward-thinking brand.

What We Offer:

 What You’ll Do:

  • Source, qualify, and close inbound leads who need private jet travel.
  • Convert warm inbound leads from Flyte’s website and marketing channels into loyal flying customers.
  • Build your personal book of business and earn recurring clients that want to keep working with Flyte because of *you*.
  • Contribute to the growth of Flyte as one of our very first brokers–think long-term impact and high visibility at the private jet company that’s built for the next generation of flyers.
  • Network and build relationships with high-status individuals and businesses across the world.

You Should Have:

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in a client-facing role.
  • 2+ years in Aviation industry
  • Strong sales instincts and closing ability.
  • Hustle mentality – no hand-holding, just opportunity.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • A sharp, yet warm approach to all client-facing communications.
  • Creative problem solving abilities and eagerness to collaborate.
  • Experience selling high-ticket services is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
  • A passion for luxury, travel, or aviation is a plus.

Compensation:

100% commission-based role.

Earn 50% of net profit per booking.

Top brokers earn $10K–$40K+ a month.
