Private Equity Associate Role Overview:

Slated to raise their next fund in 2026, the team is looking for a Private Equity Associate who is eager to work end to end on transactions. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated investment professional to join a collaborative and operationally focused team. Additionally, as the Private Equity Associate, you will work closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company executives, gaining hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle.

Private Equity Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Assist in due diligence and deal execution processes.
• Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Private Equity Associate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for technology and entrepreneurship.
• Strong ties to the Southeast - specifically Atlanta, GA
