The Role

We’re looking for a kind, motivated, and flexible Physical Therapist to join our team and provide in-home care to patients throughout Falls Church, Alexandria, Arlington, and surrounding areas . This is a chance to work independently while still being part of a close-knit, responsive, and encouraging team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform initial evaluations and reassessments in patients’ homes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the therapy process
• Accurately document care and progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent, coordinated care

What You’ll Need:

• DPT or MPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapy license in Virginia
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others
• Home health experience is appreciated, but not required — we’ll support you every step of the way
