Excel Rehabilitation is hiring a motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Aldie, VA . We're a sports-focused outpatient orthopedic clinic where you'll have the time, resources, and support to deliver exceptional care while developing your skills alongside experienced clinicians.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Your Clinical Day:

• Treat 12-13 patients per day with 45-60 minute treatment sessions (not 15-minute mill appointments)
• Work hands-on with your patients in private treatment rooms or open gym
• High volume of sports injuries and post-operative cases (ACL reconstructions, rotator cuff repairs, total joint replacements)
• Use state-of-the-art exercise equipment and advanced manual therapy techniques
• Have support from dedicated aides so you can focus on patient care, not administrative tasks
• Document efficiently using WEBPT

Your Growth:

• Collaborate daily with skilled therapists who genuinely want to help you succeed
• Annual in-person surgical observation with top orthopedic surgeons in the area
• Reimbursement for all continuing education
• New graduates receive 1-on-1 mentoring with a senior therapist for a smooth transition to a full caseload

• Competitive salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)

• Is licensed (or obtaining licensure) through the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy
• Is available for full-time, Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours (no weekends!)

Experience Level: We welcome both new graduates and experienced therapists! If you're a new grad, we'll provide structured mentoring. If you're experienced, you'll have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
