Position Details:

• Position : Physical Therapist
• Location : Lake County, IL
• Duration : 2025/2026 school year
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, school hours
• Student Population: PreK– middle school

Responsibilities :

• Deliver direct physical therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations and monitor motor function and physical development.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers to promote accessibility and inclusion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight on accommodations and interventions.

Qualifications :

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license.
• Prior school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
