Job Title: Associate Director of Community Pharmacy
Location: Portland, OR
Contract: 3-months contract with contract to hire opportunities
Shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Monday to Friday with lunch 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM)
Hours Per week: 40 hours per week.
Position background:
What is the specific title of the position: Site Manager/Pharmacy Manager/PIC.
What does this position accomplish for business: Legal pharmacy PIC duties, company managerial duties.
Please describe the team the candidate will be working with (number of team members break-down of the team’s skill sets team culture etc.). 1 staff pharmacist, 5 technicians, and one delivery driver.
What is the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis): Workflow, pharmacy PIC responsibilities, clinic partner interface/problem solving, people management.
What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.): Significant pharmacy PIC experience, significant management/leadership experience, experience with clinic-based pharmacy operations, LTC Pharmacy experience.
