Pharmacist Needed, Northern Arizona Travel Position available

Dependable Staffing is looking for Registered Pharmacists with inpatient experience to work 20 hours, 2 days per week with rotating weekends.

Current schedules include 6a-4:30pm or 11a-9:30pm working in the central inpatient pharmacy north of Phoenix. Pharmacist must have Cerner experience. Must have recent inpatient experience.

Job Duties:

• Comply with HIPPA rules and regulations.
• Verify drug usage is in accordance with formulary policies.
• Interprets and enters/verifies accuracy of medication orders prior to dispensing to inpatient care units.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Dependable Staffing Pharmacist Job Requirements:

• AZ Pharmacist License Active / In Good Standing
• Current TB screen
• Immunization record
• Current BLS certification
