About the Role:
Farah Lina is a luxury fashion and lifestyle brand seeking a polished, dependable Personal Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day tasks, errands, and creative operations. This role blends organizational skill with elegance, initiative, and an appreciation for style.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily errands and personal tasks with discretion and attention to detail
• Assist with Farah Lina shipments, deliveries, and returns
• Support social media planning and posting (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Help maintain the apartment and studio space in an organized, presentable condition
• Provide assistance for Buddha (small dog) when busy or out of town
• Coordinate schedules, reservations, and appointments as needed
• Occasionally assist on-set or at events for brand projects and shoots

• Highly organized, punctual, and self-motivated
• Polished and professionally presented
• Strong interest in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle branding
• Tech-savvy (comfortable with iPhone, social apps, and email)
• Reliable transportation around Miami
• Flexible and able to anticipate needs
